Return Process: Contact our customer service team within 14 days of the delivery date to request a return authorization. Once authorized, use a trackable shipping service to return the item. If the item is in its original condition, a full refund will be issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Process: We send a new parcel, and the rider collects the items to be exchanged. This is a two-way delivery, doubling the cost from 149 to 298. However, exchanges are convenient at your doorstep. For parcels over 2-3 kg, charges may be higher. If the exchange is due to our mistake, such as incorrect sizes, we offer free doorstep replacement.

Intellectual Property: All designs on this website are independently created and may draw inspiration from popular culture, including Disney characters. These products are not licensed, endorsed, or affiliated with Disney or any other brand.

User-Generated Content: You may submit user-generated content, such as product reviews or comments. By submitting such content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute the content in any form or medium.

If we receive a negative review from a customer, we will contact them to address and resolve the issue. However, if the issue is due to a mistake from the customer’s end or if the customer is unresponsive, we reserve the right to delete their review.
