We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online kids' clothing shop. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the clothing items must not have been worn or washed, and must be in the same condition as when they were received.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of the delivery date to request a return authorization. Once you have received the authorization, you may proceed with the return process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the tracking information until the return has been processed.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition. If the item(s) pass inspection, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price of the item(s). Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the item(s) are not in their original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
Exchange Process: Our exchange process is simple and convenient. When you request an exchange, we will send a new parcel to you, and the rider who delivers the new parcel will take the items to be exchanged back. Please note that this is a two-way delivery, and the delivery cost will double from 149 to 298. However, you will benefit from the convenience of exchange at your doorstep. For larger parcels weighing more than 2-3 kg, the delivery charges may be slightly higher.
If the exchange is due to an issue on our part, such as incorrect sizes sent by us, we offer free replacement at your doorstep.
